As an exception to the rule and to support corporate identity Is will put this in english! Recently I met Melody Biringer, who was in 020 for 2 months, and after a few good talks she asked me to join the CRAVE Amsterdam team to be one of their sales ambassadors. CRAVE Amsterdam is the most unique and stylish guidebook for Amsterdam living. It is a celebration of women entreprenesses that showcases some of the most creative, interesting, and gutsy proprietors throughout Amsterdam. ISWORKS has joined the team and activates her network to recruit the top 200 women in ‘business-worth spreading’ in and around Amsterdam.

About CRAVE
So I have said ‘yes’ to CRAVE. I like Melody’s energy and authenticity. She’s a loyal community supporter, versed traveler and strong advocate for women-owned businesses. She manages her CRAVEcompany, a network of companies designed to innovatively connect entrepreneurs who approach business in a fresh, new way with the stylish consumers they desire. The CRAVE Company’s family includes CRAVEparty, CRAVEguides and CRAVEbusiness. After initially launching CRAVEparty in Seattle, Melody has branched out to over 13 cities including Phoenix, Chicago, Portland, and San Francisco. CRAVEparty has also gone international, in cities like Rotterdam and Toronto. CRAVEparty has expanded into CRAVEbusiness, a resource for entrepreneurs seeking a fresh approach to modern business and CRAVEguides, delivering style and substance through city guides to small businesses, and other content. Have a look at the CRAVE photo gallery to see what we are talking about!

Women in business
My special interest for what women moves in their business made me join groups, social- and businessnetworks as De blonde tafel Amsterdam, Vrouwen in de Media, NEWN en together with Lieke Lamb I have set up the Balance Babes on High Heels photo gallery. CRAVE fits the ISWORKS concept and mentality. I would like to tell the stories of different women entrepreneurs to spread their energy but also to connect them to eachother.
The CRAVE Amsterdam team (on photo’s) is planning on launching the first book in spring 2010. Coming months I will be visiting and talking to a variety of women in-and-around Amsterdam to see if they match the CRAVE concept and can be in the book.
